Terms of Reference

To address ways to promote self development and open and progressive attitudes amongst our Young Professionals in both the private and public sectors through the use of seminars, lectures and short mangement courses. To enhance executive development, leadership, fiduciary duties and corporate governance, organisational cultures, leadership motivation and human resource management. To establish a chapter of an international management institute that would be open to membership for Young Professionals.
